On the outer and inner surfaces of pipes and couplings, there should be no cavities, sunsets, delamination, cracks. − Pipes and couplings must be of the same strength group. − Tubing must be subjected to heat and thermomechanical treatment. − The threads and bores of the couplings must be phosphated; − The outer surface of each pipe and each coupling must be painted − Pipes with screwed on couplings must withstand hydrotesting; − Protection of threaded connections with thread-sealing greases and protective protective parts; − Packing pipes in bags for convenience and safety during pipe transportation; pipe marking; − The instruction manual must indicate the maximum, minimum and recommended make-up torques, guaranteed thread running time by the number of make-ups. − Each tubing must be marked and stamped.
