Cam-Lock PC Torque Anchor TNM-9-5/8″ Casing 4-1/2" EUE
The torque anchor is a tool designed specifically for screw pumps to prevent detachment. The torque anchor mainly consists of an anchor body, a block, a sleeve, a stabilizer, etc. When going down the well, anchor the torque to the lower end of the screw pump. When the screw pump is working, the positive torque generated causes the clamp to rotate. Under the frictional force between the clamp and the casing, the clamp flips and anchors the stator of the screw pump and the inner wall of the casing; When the screw pump stops working, the forward torque disappears, and under the action of the reverse torque, the anchoring is automatically released. This solves the problem of low bearing torque and frequent detachment of oil pipes during the production process of the Y211 type packer assembly commonly used for downhole anchoring of screw pumps. The structure is simple and easy to use.
